The Widowmaker is a Colorado Fly Angler exclusive that was designed to fulfill the need for a heavy, guide friendly, Euro nymphing stonefly pattern. The soft hackle provides for great movement while the tail and abdomen are highly durable. The fly is finished with a flash red thorax that gets the pickiest of fish's attention and shines in the sun. Fishes well as an anchor fly in a tandem rig or even solo in a dry-dropper.
